📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Say Less Cleaning Co. we understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.• If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a service fee may apply.• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our time, scheduling, and commitment to providing reliable service.
